Gentle Yoga

Saturday, August 4th from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Join us for a free 40-minute yoga session for all ages!The event will be happening in the Community Room, and a healthy snack will be provided after session.

Recommendations:
•Attire can be athletic or loose comfortable clothing.
•Yoga mat or thick padding for kneeling if needed.

Although children are encouraged to participate, there will be an optional activity table available while session occurs.
