To be eligible for an Adult library card,  you must:

• be a resident of New London
• have a valid Driver’s License or State ID
• have proof of New London address

To be eligible for a Child’s card, you must:

• be able to write your own name
• be a resident of New London
• be accompanied by a parent of guardian with their valid driver’s license or state ID
• have proof of address

Visit the Circulation desk to fill out an application and receive your library card.

Your first library card is free.  There is a fee of $1.00 for a replacement card.
